Return & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following policies carefully:

  • Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns require pre-authorization for the return of all products and High Quality Air and Medical is not liable for loss/damage of unauthorized returned items. Damaged products will be refused upon delivery.
  • Authorized returns will be repaired or replaced by High Quality Air and Medical and shipped via the most expedient method of its choice.
  • Given the nature of the products that High Quality Air and Medical produces and sells, products are refunded

Standard Returns

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


Refused Deliveries & Import Duties

  • If a customer refuses delivery of an order for any reason—including refusal to pay import duties, taxes, or customs fees—the package will be returned to us.

  • In such cases:

    • A 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    • Any costs associated with the return due to refusal of delivery (including carrier return fees or customs return charges) will be deducted from your refund total within reason.

  • Refunds are processed once the item is received, inspected, and confirmed to be in unused, original condition.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase without penalty.

  • After 12 hours, the order may already be processing or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

  • If the order has already shipped, it will be subject to our Return Policy once received.

  • Pre-orders or custom-made items may not be eligible for cancellation once production has started.

  • We strongly recommend checking your country’s import regulations and any applicable fees before placing an order.

SPECIAL NOTE:

  • Given the current COVID conditions as defined by the Canadian Federal Government, High Quality Air and Medical reserves the right to refuse outright or delay acceptance of RMA eligible products at its discretion.
